OOMPH! stands for Our Organization Makes People Happy! The business provides training and support to care home homes and communities in three key service areas: exercise classes, creative activities and engaging days out. Their mission is to positively change the impact of ageing, improve quality of life and reduce societal impact.

The Brief
OOMPH! approached us in October 2017, looking for not only a new print provider but for a fulfilment service as well. They needed a reliable company to to send out their diverse range of props (e.g. cricket bats, pom-poms, swimming noodles) to care homes, trainers and community training courses throughout the UK.
Our Solution
After making bespoke changes to one of our IT systems, we created a branded portal, just for them. The system allows OOMPH! staff to easily order online, track orders, view stock levels and request bespoke quotes. We continue to develop the system to ensure it meets their individual needs.
We have also been commissioned to print a wide variety of materials, including shaped die-cut flyers, wire-bound manuals, custom size reports, monthly newsletters, certificates and roller banners. You name it, we’ve printed it!

Our partnership continues to go from strength to strength. Our transparent attitude and our ability to be both proactive and reactive to new procedures, have helped to build up a strong trust between the two companies.
